We are looking for part-time Servers to join our FOH team for Saturday nights and Sundays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, upsell beverages and menu items effectively and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.

* Stay updated on beverage specials, menu changes and weekly features to effectively communicate with guests.

* Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Familiarity with POS system or similar cash register system is a plus.

* Politely collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and customer satisfaction.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry, ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service.

Skills & Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a Server in a bar and grill setting is preferred.

* Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers positively.

* Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail on financial transactions.

* Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change efficiently.

* Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders during peak hours.

* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail with a positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required

* Must be dependable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
