Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong luxury retail experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales growth and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations and staff.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and VIP client management.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and merchandising.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise sales associates.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-end fashion retail.
  • Previous experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Strong sales and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of jewellery products, diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals is preferred.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
