Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in driving sales and managing daily store operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the footwear, fashion or retail industry, preferably within a shoe store or multi-brand retail environment.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, sizing and recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels, inventory management and product replenishment.
• Ensure attractive product displays and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist with billing, cash handling and POS operations.
• Ensure proper product arrangement, store cleanliness and presentation.
• Support new team members with product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the fashion, footwear or retail industry.
• Previous experience working with shoe brands or multi-brand fashion retail stores is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and sales skills.
• Good understanding of footwear products, sizing, stock handling and retail operations.
• Ability to support the Store Manager and guide junior sales staff.
• Target-driven, energetic and presentable personality.
• Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends and holidays.
