Security Agent, part-time, overnight

We’re seeking a part-time, overnight Security Agent to join the team. Our security team work as ambassadors to the hotel, creating a welcoming, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm greeting to all who enter our lobby and restaurants.
• Assist with questions on hotel amenities, including our three restaurants.
• Ensure the interior and exterior of the building is secure. Perform periodic tours
• Deescalate any security issues that may arise in a safe, respectful manner.
• Assist restaurant security with occupancy management and checking IDs.
• Deliver items to guest rooms, including room service orders during the overnight
• Assist with valet requests
• Report any security matters timely and accurately.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Multilingual a plus
• A guest-focused mindset and comfort interacting with the public
• Ability to work overnight hours, specifically Fridays and Saturdays
• Prior security experience, specifically in a hotel is preferred
• Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
