Job Overview:

This is a part time to full time armed security & transportation officer position. Hours vary depending on the specific weekly requirements for meeting transportation order fulfillments and personal security detail work available. This position will begin after passing prior required paperwork and testing (background check, firearms test, and Alaskan state laws examination). Opportunity for more hours than 24 /week if available.

We are a tight-knit group of flexible and motivated individuals which come from a variety of backgrounds. We are looking for an individual who has good organization skills, a keen eye for detail, can maintain a high level of confidentiality, possesses a strong work ethic, and can remain adaptable as our company grows and expands.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Safely transport goods and cash to designated locations, including walking and driving.
– Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
– Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.

-Maintain patrol logs with accuracy and detail.
– Provide excellent security and/or transportation services to clients.

-Walk/drive security route in a professional manner.

-Maintain high level of firearm proficiency.

-Understand and perform basic life saving procedures.

-Have a positive attitude.
– Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise during transportation.

-Be available for any training required for job title.

Requirements:

– Possession of a valid driver’s license.
-Able to obtain Alaska Concealed Handgun Permit (ACHP).
