Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and manage a team of security personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, enforcing security procedures, supervising guards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE security regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and security personnel.
• Monitor premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance systems.
• Ensure all security procedures and company policies are strictly followed.
• Manage access control, visitor management, and incident reporting processes.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct daily briefings and provide guidance and training to security staff.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate action when required.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and attendance.
• Liaise with management, clients, and local authorities when necessary.
• Identify potential security risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Security Supervisor role.
• Valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certificate is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Physically fit and capable of supervising security operations across multiple shifts.
• UAE experience will be an advantage.
