Security Supervisor – UAE | Immediate Hiring

MEBS Facility Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and manage on-site security teams.

Requirements:

• SIRA Supervisor Certificate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Facility Management industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle shifts including night duty

Key Duties:

• Supervise security personnel and daily site operations
• Ensure safety procedures and SIRA compliance
• Monitor guard performance and discipline
• Prepare reports and coordinate with clients
