Position: Security Operation Supervisor (Immediate Joining Required)Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the security team across assigned sites.
• Ensure all security personnel follow company policies, client instructions, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and patrols to ensure high standards of service and security.
• Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and assign tasks to guards.
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and reports in a prompt and professional manner.
• Train and guide security personnel on operational procedures, emergency response, and client handling.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and shift handovers.
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services when required.
• Monitor and ensure proper usage of security equipment (e.g., CCTV, radios, access control systems).
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of security staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites or teams.
• Proficient in reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with security systems and technology (CCTV, control room monitoring, etc.).
• SIRA certification (if applicable) is a plus.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.
• Immediate joining required
