  • Have at least 1yr experience in the commission field.
  • Own your own duty belt and firearm.
  • Officer must be able to stand and walk throughout his/her shift.
  • O.C. Baton and handcuffs training
  • Valid driver license & clean driving record.
  • Clean background check.
  • Pass a drug test.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Schedule: Full-Time and Part Time

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, contractors, and visitors while performing general unarmed security duties at an active construction site.
  • Monitor site entrances, verify authorized personnel, and ensure all vehicles and visitors follow proper check-in procedures.
  • Conduct routine foot patrols of the property, including fencing, storage areas, and equipment zones, to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards.
  • Promote safety by observing, reporting, and assisting in correcting potential hazards and unsafe behaviors.
  • Understand and comply with client, and State of Texas security requirements, as well as specific post orders and site protocols.
  • Write detailed incident and daily activity reports accurately and promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with site management, subcontractors, and law enforcement when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to all site personnel and visitors.
  • Be able to work in outdoor environments, remain alert while on duty in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Texas Level 3 Security License required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingual
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
