The Security Guard protects company personnel, property and assets by controlling access, patrolling premises and responding promptly to security, safety and emergency incidents.

• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles; verify ID, gate passes and permits, and maintain the visitor log.
• Carry out scheduled patrols of buildings, yards, parking and perimeter; check locks, doors, fences, lighting and alarms.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems and report any faults or suspicious activity immediately.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, materials and equipment against gate passes and delivery documents.
• Prevent theft, unauthorised access, vandalism and trespassing; escort or remove unauthorised persons politely and in line with company policy.
• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies and other incidents; follow the emergency response plan and assist evacuation.
• Enforce company safety rules, including PPE compliance and parking and traffic control within premises.
• Record daily activity, incidents and shift handover in the security register and submit incident reports to the Supervisor.
• Take custody of keys and lost-and-found items, and log them correctly.
• Coordinate with HSE, Administration, HR and the local police or civil defence when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and personnel details.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

2–5 years as a security guard, preferably in construction, industrial or oil and gas facilities

Certification

Valid UAE security guard licence or training certificate (preferred); basic first aid and fire safety training (preferred)

Languages

English and Hindi/Urdu or Arabic (spoken); basic English reading and writing for reports

Physical fitness

Able to stand and patrol for long hours and respond quickly in emergencies

Other

Clean police record; willing to work rotating shifts; valid UAE visa or transferable visa preferred

Pay: AED900.00 – AED1,200.00 per month
