We are looking for an experienced and professional Security Manager with a valid SIRA Security Manager Certificate to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security operations, supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with SIRA regulations, and maintaining high standards of security services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily security operations across assigned sites.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and Dubai security requirements.
• Supervise security supervisors and security guards.
• Prepare duty rosters, deployment plans, and operational reports.
• Conduct site inspections, security audits, and performance evaluations.
• Handle client communications, complaints, and service requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of security procedures and emergency response plans.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, uniforms, and professional conduct of security staff.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, deployment, and replacement of security personnel.
• Investigate incidents and prepare accurate incident reports.
• Maintain client satisfaction and ensure smooth operational performance.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Valid SIRA Security Manager Certificate.
• Previous experience in security management within Dubai or the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of SIRA rules, security procedures, and UAE regulations.
• Proven ability to manage security guards, supervisors, and multiple sites.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Ability to handle operational challenges and work under pressure.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
