Job Title: Security In-Charge / Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security In-Charge / Security Supervisor to oversee security operations, ensure the safety of employees and customers, and protect company assets across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety and security standards are strictly followed.
• Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks.
• Implement and monitor security procedures and emergency response plans.
• Supervise, guide, and coordinate the security team.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and surveillance activities.
• Prevent theft, shoplifting, unauthorized access, and loss of company assets.
• Handle security incidents, investigate complaints, and prepare incident reports.
• Prepare security duty rosters and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Coordinate with management, local authorities, and emergency services when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in security operations, preferably in retail, hypermarkets, or commercial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, and surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of security protocols, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to manage security personnel, duty rosters, and daily security operations.
• Experience in theft prevention, loss prevention, and handling security incidents.
• Strong observation, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coordinate with management, local authorities, and emergency services.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Good report-writing and record-keeping skills.
