Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and professional Security Guard to support our Facilities Management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding people and property, controlling access, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with site security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect company premises, assets, employees, visitors, and property from theft, damage, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and maintain visitor and access records.
• Conduct routine patrols to identify security risks, suspicious activities, and potential hazards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Support emergency procedures, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and evacuations.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and prepare incident reports as required.
• Enforce site security policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and basic information.
• Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and compliance with security standards at all times.

Requirements

• Valid SIRA Certificate is mandatory.
• Previous experience in security, preferably within Facilities Management or commercial/residential properties.
• Good communication, observation, and incident-reporting skills.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and conducting regular patrols for extended periods.
• Ability to remain calm, exercise sound judgement, and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• High levels of integrity, discipline, reliability, and professionalism.
