We are looking for a professional, vigilant, and experienced Security Guard to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in asset protection, excellent observational skills, and a strong understanding of local safety regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure environment for our staff, visitors, and property.

Key Requirements (Strictly Mandatory)

• UAE Experience: Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience working as a Security Guard within the United Arab Emirates.
• Certification: Must possess a valid, active SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) Certificate / License.
• Availability: Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately or within a standard notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the premises (interior and exterior) and monitor CCTV surveillance systems to prevent and detect unauthorized entry or signs of disturbance.
• Access Control: Manage access points by verifying visitor identifications, maintaining accurate logbooks, and screening incoming vehicles or deliveries.
• Incident Management: Respond swiftly to alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches in strict accordance with SIRA regulations and company protocols.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed, daily occurrence logs and prepare professional incident reports for management and local authorities if necessary.
• Public Relations: Act as a courteous first point of contact for visitors and tenants, demonstrating excellent customer service while maintaining strict security boundaries.
• Emergency Coordination: Serve as a primary liaison with Dubai Police, Dubai Civil Defence, or medical first responders during critical incidents.

Skills & Competencies

• Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with diverse nationalities and write clear reports. Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Vigilance & Judgment: Exceptional situational awareness and the ability to remain calm, making sharp decisions under pressure.
• Physical Stamina: Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and remaining alert throughout extended shifts.
