Job Description

What You Will Do

Patrol the hotel to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property around the clock.
Enforce hotel policies with a courteous but firm approach-professionalism is key.
Respond quickly to emergencies and security requests, staying calm under pressure.
Monitor entrances, package deliveries, and personnel access to keep things secure.
Write clear, detailed reports of your activities each shift to keep the team informed.
What We Are Looking For

2+ years of loss prevention or security experience – You know how to spot and handle risks effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent – Solid communication and observation skills matter.
Current CPR, First Aid, and TIPS certifications – Preparedness saves lives and ensures compliance.
Physical mobility and strength – You’re ready to assist in emergencies when needed.
Professional and approachable demeanor – Guests and associates feel safe and respected with you around.
