Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.
• Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities on the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Assist in conflict management and resolution when necessary.
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when required for incident reporting or investigations.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
