Security Guard – Building

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of a residential or commercial building. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of security experience in the UAE, with good communication skills and the ability to monitor building access, maintain security procedures, and respond to incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor building entrances and exits and control access.
• Register visitors and verify their identities.
• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV cameras.
• Ensure the safety of residents, tenants, employees, and visitors.
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and emergencies.
• Handle visitor inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Follow building security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of security experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial building security is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Physically fit, alert, punctual, and presentable.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
