Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated Security and Housekeeping Manager to oversee security personnel, watchmen, and housekeeping staff. The role is responsible for ensuring safety, security, and hygiene across the facility while maintaining high operational standards.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Supervise security personnel and housekeeping staff (in-house and outsourced).
  • Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and coordinate with local authorities when required.
  • Plan and schedule housekeeping operations to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
  • Manage vendor contracts for security and cleaning services.
  • Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and track expenses for both security and housekeeping operations.
  • Handle emergency situations, including fire safety, evacuation, and incident reporting.
  • Train staff on security awareness, hygiene standards, and emergency response.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in facilities management, housekeeping, or security supervision (preferably in hospitality or corporate sector).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in security and/or housekeeping management, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and enforce discipline.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Facilities, or related field (preferred).
