  • We are a growing roofing company seeking a reliable and organized Secretary / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, assisting customers, and helping coordinate communication between office staff, crews, and management.
  • The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet customers and visitors warmly
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and organize customer files, contracts, and invoices
  • Assist with basic data entry and record keeping
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, payments, and general inquiries
  • Support office staff and management with administrative tasks
  • Handle emails, messages, and correspondence
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
