Job Summary
The Secretary for Research and Community Service is responsible to provide a wide range of administrative & clerical support to the Associate Provost for Research and Community Service and Assistant Provost for Community Service.
Minimum Qualification and Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) is a must.
- Must possess good communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong office management skills.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2- 4 years experience in the Secretarial/Administration field.
Language proficiency required
- Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written are mandatory.
