  • Operate multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and route calls efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate calendar management for appointments, meetings, and deadlines using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
  • Support administrative functions including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings with attention to detail.
  • Able to Assist with state and federal bid submissions

Skills

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele and team members.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and proofing documents.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions.
