Job Title: Admin Assistant/ Secretary

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are known for our professionalism, quality service, and commitment to excellence. As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Admin Assistant/Secretary to support our senior management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system (both digital and physical)
  • Act as the point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
  • Welcome guests and ensure a professional and pleasant office environment

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with a professional and presentable appearance
  • Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred
