Job Title: Admin Assistant/ Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives
- Manage and coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Maintain a well-organized filing system (both digital and physical)
- Act as the point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
- Welcome guests and ensure a professional and pleasant office environment
Requirements:
- Female candidate with a professional and presentable appearance
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred
