Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the UAE Real Estate Market
✔ Strong knowledge of property sales, market trends, and client relationship management
✔ Dynamic personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
✔ Ability to generate leads and build strong client networks
✔ Strong understanding of the Dubai Land Department / UAE real estate industry processes
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
