Secondary Market Team Leader – Dubai Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE

Wolves International is seeking an experienced and results-driven Secondary Market Team Leader to lead, develop, and grow our resale property division in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of secondary market property consultants.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate and manage property listings within Dubai’s secondary market.
  • Conduct property valuations and provide market insights.
  • Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Develop strategies to expand market share and drive team performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Dubai’s secondary/resale real estate market.
  • Previous team leadership or management experience within real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of property valuations, listings, negotiations, and transactions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
