Overview:
We have an immediate opening for aSales Supervisorwith the Hospitality Team based in Dubai; In this position, you would be a key part of the global sales team. As a Sales Supervisor will be responsible to develop and grow sales pipeline with strategic Hotel Brands, Specifiers & Hotel Ownerships to create demand for Lutron’s Hospitality product offerings.
The main purpose of the role will be to drive Lutron’s growth in the Middle East hospitality sector, focusing on luxury hotel brands and developers, especially associated with regional Giga Projects. You will build strategic relationships to promote Lutron’s solutions and secure early-stage specifications on flagship projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Supervisor at Lutron, you will be responsible for-
- Strategic Account Management
- Grow Lutron’s presence with global/regional hotel brands.
- Secure preferred vendor agreements, approval and brand standardization.
- Proven relationships with design and technical teams.
- Developer & Specifier Engagement
- Build strategic ties with luxury developers and giga project leaders.
- Collaborate with specifiers to secure early design-phase specifications.
- Provide tailored solutions to support design intent and avoid substitution.
- Market Mapping & Prioritization
- Map key stakeholders across the Middle East hospitality ecosystem.
- Track major projects and prioritize based on strategic potential.
- Align Lutron teams with client engagement for key projects.
- Thought Leadership & Industry Influence
- Represent Lutron at industry events and forums.
- Build partnerships with other industry players (e.g., Gessi, SALTO).
- Support cross-regional collaboration to amplify Lutron’s voice.
- Regional Hospitality Leadership
- Lead strategic account plans and consultative solution selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and insights.
