Sales & Studio Relations Manager

Base $60K + Uncapped Commission (OTE $70K–$100K+)

The Role
This is not a passive sales role. You will actively grow your market, build meaningful studio partnerships, and help shape the future of the ID Dance community.
You’ll work both inbound and outbound, guiding studios from first interest to full event participation while delivering a high-touch, premium experience.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with studio owners, directors, and educators nationwide
- Drive new business through calls, email, text, and virtual/in-person meetings
- Guide studios through the booking process and secure event reservations
- Present the ID experience with confidence, clarity, and energy
- Maintain a strong, organized pipeline in HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align strategy and messaging
- Represent ID at events, competitions, and industry touchpoints
- Consistently hit and exceed booking goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–5+ years in sales, client relations, or business development
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Dance industry background is a strong plus
