Position Overview

The Sales Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing residential and light commercial opportunities while operating as a team player and modeling adaptability. You will be trained in the Cornett way and held to clear sales targets and goals. This role blends office time (training, CRM discipline, proposal building) with field activity (site visits, inspections, customer presentations, and ride-alongs).
