Job summary

We are hiring a Sales Specialist to lead both digital and non-digital sales and distribution activity for the brand. This person will be the engine behind our stockist relationships, stylist seeding, online marketplace presence, and physical retail, with a primary focus on North America and secondary expansion into select international markets.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Launch & Launch (Now — June 2026):

  • Build and work through an outreach list of target stockists: boutiques, salons, and lifestyle retailers across North American markets and digital platforms.
  • Create and send personalised wholesale/stockist pitch emails using brand-provided materials.
  • Conduct follow-up conversations with interested stockists.
  • Reach out to stylists and secure seeding arrangements: gifted or open-book access.
  • Initiate conversations with beauty and wellness partners (salons, spas, yoga studios) for commission-based referral partnerships.
  • Support the onboarding of the brand onto digital sales platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Prepare wholesale and line sheet documents with brand guidance.

Post-Launch (July 2026 Onward):

  • Convert active conversations into signed stockist agreements.
  • Manage and grow existing stockists and digital platform relationships.
  • Expand distribution into additional markets, including select international locations.
  • Monitor and optimise performance across digital sales channels.
  • Track and report the full sales pipeline (digital and non-digital) weekly.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities aligned with brand positioning.
  • Contribute to planning for Phase 2 and the next collection’s sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct outreach and manage relationships across North American time zones.
  • Confident communicator: warm, professional, and persuasive without being pushy.
  • Experience in sales, wholesale, business development, or brand partnerships (fashion is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with digital sales platforms, online marketplaces, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Highly organised, able to manage a pipeline, track conversations, and follow up reliably.
  • Self-directed: This is not a hand-holding environment; you will be trusted to own your work.
  • Alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
  • Proficiency with email, basic spreadsheets, and communication tools.
