Chesapeake Home Services, LLC. has an immediate opening for a Sales & Retention Associate in Odessa, DE.

We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to help grow our HVAC and plumbing business by following up on leads, open estimates, and existing customers. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and motivated by results.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Follow up on missed inbound calls to book service appointments
  • Respond to website leads, form submissions, and marketing inquiries by phone, text, and email
  • Follow up on open HVAC and plumbing estimates to help close sales
  • Re-engage past customers regarding memberships, maintenance agreements, and additional services
  • Support customer retention through consistent communication and excellent service
  • Identify upsell opportunities for upgrades, replacements, and additional services
  • Log customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM software
  • Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to support scheduling and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales and conversion goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, or inside sales preferred
  • Strong phone presence and confidence handling objections
  • Excellent follow-up skills with a persistent but professional approach
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads at once
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
