Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative/Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with customers both in person and over the phone to showcase our vehicle inventory, build lasting relationships, and drive high-end sales. Your expertise in B2B sales, negotiation, and customer service will help elevate our brand and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, cold calling, and networking.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles or products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in person or via virtual platforms, utilizing strong public speaking skills.
  • Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress, maintaining organized records of all interactions.
  • Support marketing initiatives by upselling additional services or accessories to enhance customer value.
