Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Greet, engage and responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations as well as creating a branded, luxury client experience on a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and shelves.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and current sales trends.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Language: (English, Russian, Spanish, Romanian, Germany, Italian, Arabic)
• In-depth knowledge of beauty products, with hands-on beauty and personal care service experience is a plus
• Proven experience in a retail or sales-related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with products in the retail industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
