We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Representative Hindi speaker with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities:

• promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Update customer database and sales reports.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative in Dubai.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiar with BRM and CRM, skilled at building professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
