The Albert McDaniel Farmers Insurance Agency in Flower Mound Texas, one of our best, award winning agencies, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a full-time Insurance Sales Representative. You will be using your professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills to achieve agency sales goals and standards. You will be expected to come into the office for a training period, but you will be able to work from home on a hybrid schedule after training.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Must Haves

• An Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines License is required.
• 1+ Years Successful Sales Career in Insurance is required
• Ability to generate new business through lead generation, referrals and networking
• Ability to call all the leads we provide daily
• Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Farmers Insurance Experience is a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED
