About This Position
This is a performance-based role where your earning potential is entirely up to you — and our commission structure is built to pay out better than most in the industry. As a Home Improvement Sales Consultant, you’ll be out in residential neighborhoods connecting with homeowners about exterior solutions they actually need. What sets this role apart is the lifestyle it affords: focused 5-6 hour workdays instead of grinding through 8-10, Sundays always off, plus one additional weekday of your choice. You’ll work alongside a team that trains you up right, then gets out of your way so you can perform. Clear advancement paths into Setter Manager, Closer, or Area Manager roles mean your growth here is real — and entirely merit-based.
