Roofing Sales Partner – Otter Roofing (Utah Statewide)

Otter Roofing, a trusted GAF-certified roofing contractor based in Sandy, Utah, is seeking one exceptional Roofing Sales Partner to join our team on a highly selective basis.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are offering a single opportunity for a proven, high-performing roofing sales professional who can independently sell and fully manage their own jobs from lead to completion. Our focus is uncompromising: delivering only the highest quality roofing solutions with customer satisfaction as the top priority.

Compensation
The highest profit-share structure available in Utah: 50/50 split on profit.
Profit is calculated as: Total Job Value – COGS – 10% of COGS.
No base salary. No benefits. No draws. Top performers who know their ability will maximize their earnings through this structure.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell and self-manage high-quality roofing projects independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Proven track record of excellence in roofing sales and customer satisfaction
• Self-sufficient professionals only — no hand-holding or support will be provided, as none is needed by the right candidate
