We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Operation Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving business targets and improving overall sales performance. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the lead generation team, sales team, and management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination. Preferable in Freshers in Dubai with previous experience in their home country.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Coordinate between the lead generation team and sales team to ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up.
  • Monitor sales activities, lead progress, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.
  • Prepare sales reports daily, performance summaries, and pipeline updates.
  • Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing sales and performance strategies.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance sales coordination and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
