Job Summary

4M Creative House, the sister company of Al Maimana Accounting & Bookkeeping, is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer – Printing & Digital Solutions to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling printing services, branding solutions, and digital marketing services. This role requires strong business development skills, the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in printing, branding, and digital solutions
• Promote services including digital printing, offset printing, large-format printing, signage, promotional materials, corporate branding, and digital marketing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME, and retail clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Follow up on leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in printing, advertising, branding, or digital marketing industry
• Strong knowledge of printing materials, branding solutions, and digital services
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
