Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, client handling, and supporting daily office operations. Candidates must hold a valid dependent visa or own visa.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion

• Contact and follow up with assigned leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Convert inquiries into walk-ins and confirmed clients.
• Maintain proper follow-up records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Client Handling

• Understand client requirements and explain suitable immigration and study abroad options.
• Provide accurate information about visa processes and required documentation.
• Coordinate with the processing/academic team for smooth client onboarding.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Office Assistance

• Support front office operations when required.
• Maintain client files and documentation records.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate internally with different departments.
