Role Overview
The Sales Manager will manage the complete sales cycle independently. The primary focus will be on cold calling, client prospecting, lead conversion, and achieving property sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage all sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting to identify and develop new client opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored property solutions.
- Negotiate terms and finalize property sales agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competitor activities..
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan or secondary market).
- Strong background in cold calling and direct sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
