JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive at Horus Fitout leads enterprise sales for retail and F&B fitout projects, managing the full sales cycle from prospect identification through project delivery. This role develops key client relationships, closes high-value contracts (AED 300K–2M+), and drives revenue growth across mall and hospitality segments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
Identify and qualify enterprise-level prospects in mall development, F&B operator groups, and hospitality
Develop compelling proposals, BOQs, and financial models for fitout projects
Manage end-to-end negotiations with clients, developers, architects, and consultants
Relationship & Account Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
Lead pre-contract site meetings, technical walkthroughs, and design alignment sessions
Ensure smooth contract closure and project handover coordination
Commercial & Strategic
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Understand margins, advance payments, and commercial dispute resolution
Provide market feedback to leadership on competitor positioning and client trends
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years in retail fitout, F&B/restaurant fitout, or commercial contracting
Proven track record closing fitout deals in the AED 300K–2M+ range
Strong existing network in mall development, F&B operators, or hospitality groups
Deep understanding of fitout workflows: design → procurement → installation → snagging
Experience managing project timelines, margins, and commercial terms
Proficiency in MS Excel (BOQ modeling) and proposal writing
Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
Valid UAE driving license

Technical confidence in design, execution, and quality standards
