We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue for our interior design business. This is a hands-on, individual role for someone who blends commercial drive with an appreciation for design, turning client visions into profitable projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, architects, and trade accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and consultation through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure proposals are creative and aligned with client budgets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, ideally in interior design, furniture, real estate, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-relationship skills.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
