Pro link is currently looking for Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in the medical field and is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree

– Excellent communication skills (Both English and Arabic is preferrable)

– Experience in B2B and B2C business set up

– Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

– Monitor and oversee sales department performance whilst leading, coaching, and managing each dental sales team

– Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets

– Manage existing client relationships and ensure to build strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.

– Monitor sales team performance, KPIs, and market trends

– Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns

– Handle clients’ complaints and feedback.

– Perform task as per designation as per the management.
