In this role, you will own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and trial conversion through to enrolment — while leading and developing our sales and admin team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student enrolment and revenue growth across all sports and venues.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales and admin team to achieve targets.
- Convert leads, trials, and enquiries into long-term memberships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and partners.
- Monitor performance, report on KPIs, and refine the sales strategy.
- Work closely with management to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within sports, education, or services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated.
- CRM experience (Classcard or similar) is an advantage.
- UAE experience preferred.
