We’re now looking for a Sales Manager in Dubai to lead our expansion across the GCC region. If you’re a relationship-driven dealmaker with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is your chance to build your own portfolio, own your contracts, and create substantial, recurring income.
What you’ll do
- Grow and own a client portfolio across the UAE and GCC through meetings, events, and tailored pitches, positioning K&A as a trusted Gulf IT talent partner
- Secure long-term IT consulting contracts (1–5+ years), negotiate terms, and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with our Nordic and Gulf consultant network to match senior IT talent with complex client needs
- Work independently with flexible hours, structuring your weeks around client impact and results, not face time
Who you are
- A self-driven, relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment
- You care about both sides, helping clients succeed and enabling IT consultants to do meaningful work
- Proven track record in solution sales or business development, ideally in IT consulting, recruitment, or tech
- Fluent in English (essential), Arabic is a strong advantage, Swedish or Danish is a plus
- Based in Dubai and comfortable with regular in-person client meetings across the GCC
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you want ownership, transparency, and a direct link between effort and earnings
