We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Jewellery Sales Staff. As a jewellery sales associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide detailed information about products, including materials, gemstones, quality, and care instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

2. Sales and Product Knowledge:

• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
• Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, styles, and store inventory.
• Offer upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and financing options.

3. Merchandising and Inventory:

• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or product shortages.
• Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and special orders.

4. Teamwork and Professionalism:

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including security protocols.

5. Problem-Solving:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly.
• Offer creative solutions to meet customer expectations while aligning with store policies.
