We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive / Retail Sales Staff to join our Luxury Ladies Salon in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in a salon, beauty, spa, or retail environment in the Middle East
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, haircare, skincare, and salon services
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell products and services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Promote and sell salon services, memberships, packages, and retail products
• Recommend suitable beauty and haircare products based on clients’ needs
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure the retail area is clean and well-organized
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Handle billing, payments, and customer inquiries when required
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 – AED 4,500 (depending on experience) + Performance-Based Bonus + Commission
