Job Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in generating business for manpower and staffing services. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower and staffing services
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports and client records
- Conduct market research to identify new sectors and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–10 years of experience in manpower/staffing sales or B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- UAE Driving License
