Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring excellent product availability across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
  • Execute sales and promotional activities as per company guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide timely feedback.
  • Collect market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of retail sales, distribution, and merchandising.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid driving license (preferred, if field sales is required).
