F&B Sales Executive
- Drives revenue by securing event bookings, corporate catering, and partnerships for restaurants or hotels.
- Responsible for prospecting clients, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships to meet targeted sales quotas.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new corporate accounts, event planners, and group bookings through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, handle client site inspections, and conduct food and beverage tastings.
- Sales & Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by upselling and cross-selling banquet packages, catering mus, and venue rentals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen, banquet, and operational teams to ensure flawless execution of booked events.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to capitalize on emerging F&B opportunities.
- Administration: Track leads, proposals, and client interactions using CRM software, while preparing regular sales performance reports.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within the F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong, customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of local UAE F&B trends, venue capacities, and food safety standards.
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
