The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Wholesale Sales Executive to grow our B2B customer base across the UAE. This role is ideal for someone with strong business development skills who enjoys building long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

You will be responsible for generating new wholesale accounts while managing and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new wholesale customers including beauty retailers, pharmacies, salons, clinics, e-commerce businesses, and distributors.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and client visits.
  • Conduct sales meetings and product presentations with prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing wholesale clients.
  • Understand each customer’s business and recommend products that suit their market and sales goals.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and successfully close sales.
  • Follow up on quotations, samples, and customer enquiries to maximise conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and new account acquisition targets.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up to date with Korean skincare trends, new product launches, and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wholesale, beauty, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or distribution industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and developing long-term business relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Korean skincare or the beauty industry is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required. Arabic is highly desirable.
